VawltAI Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VawltAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including property managers, landlords, tenants, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
VawltAI provides a cloud-based property management platform including asset management, lease administration, rent collection, service charge management, compliance tracking, accounting, maintenance workflows, and reporting. The Platform is provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended for all accounts.
4. Data Ownership & Processing
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We process your data solely to provide the services described herein. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service or as required by law. Data is stored securely within UK/EU data centres in compliance with UK GDPR.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with service operations, uploading malicious content, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach this policy.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet connectivity issues and third-party service outages.
7. Fees & Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VawltAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
